Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Manager - Process Engineering to lead cross-functional process improvements across Information Security and Technology Solutions (ISTS). This role designs, standardizes, and governs ISTS processes using DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma, and BPM disciplines.

You will partner with technology leaders to drive capacity gains, reduce risk, and embed improvements into daily operations with measurable KPIs and governance artifacts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis, and change management.
• 3+ years within a formal BPM framework with governance routines.
• 2+ years using process-mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Mural).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to solve complex, cross-functional problems.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact improvement opportunities aligned to enterprise goals.
• Deliver measurable capacity gains, expense reduction, and risk avoidance via standardized measurement.
• Ensure improvements are sustainable, controlled, and embedded into day-to-day operations.
• Maintain a healthy improvement backlog and prioritize high-value initiatives.
• Develop and enforce documented process maps, SOPs, KPIs, and governance artifacts.
• Create current- and future-state process visuals to identify bottlenecks and risks.
• Implement improvements through technology enablement, automation, and workflow changes.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and operations teams to scale improvements.
