You will design, standardize, and govern processes using Lean Six Sigma and BPM, partnering with IT, cybersecurity, and operations teams to reduce friction and strengthen enterprise controls.

The role emphasizes delivering measurable capacity gains, updating SOPs and KPIs, and building capability across ISTS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis and change management.
• 3+ years establishing or operating within a formal BPM framework.
• 2+ years using process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Mural, etc.).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma to solve cross‑functional problems.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute high‑impact improvement opportunities.
• Deliver measurable capacity gains, expense reduction and risk avoidance.
• Ensure improvements are sustainable, controlled, and embedded into operations.
• Maintain an improvement backlog and prioritize high-value initiatives.
