Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Manager - Process Engineering to lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives across Information Security and Technology Solutions (ISTS). You will apply DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma, and BPM to design, standardize, and govern processes, partnering with IT, cybersecurity, and operations teams to reduce friction and strengthen controls.

The role emphasizes delivering measurable capacity gains, updating SOPs and KPIs, and maintaining a healthy improvement backlog

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis, and change management.
3+ years operating within a formal BPM framework with governance routines.
2+ years using process mapping tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, or Mural.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Responsibilities

Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to solve cross-functional problems.
Partner with ISTS leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact improvements.
Deliver measurable capacity gains, expense reduction, and risk avoidance with standardized metrics.
Ensure improvements are sustainable, documented, and embedded in day-to-day operations.
Create and maintain process maps, SOPs, KPIs, and governance artifacts.
