Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager - Process Engineering to lead high-impact process improvement and BPM initiatives across Information Security and Technology Solutions (ISTS). You will design, standardize, improve, and govern ISTS processes using Lean Six Sigma and agentic workflows, with clear ownership and KPIs.

You will partner with technology leaders, risk and compliance stakeholders to reduce friction, increase capacity, and strengthen enterprise controls while delivering measurable gains

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis, and change management.
• 3+ years in formal BPM frameworks with process inventory, documentation, governance.
• 2+ years using process-mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Mural).

Responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma to solve cross-functional problems.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact improvement opportunities with ISTS leadership.
• Deliver measurable capacity gains, expense reduction, and risk avoidance.
• Ensure improvements are sustainable, documented, and embedded into daily operations.
• Maintain a healthy improvement backlog and prioritize high-value initiatives.
• Create and maintain process maps, SOPs, KPIs, and governance artifacts.
