Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Manager - Process Engineering to lead high‑impact process improvement and BPM initiatives across Information Security and Technology Solutions (ISTS). You will apply Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, and BPM to design, standardize, improve, and govern ISTS processes with clear ownership and measurable performance.

The role partners with technology towers, risk, security, and compliance stakeholders to reduce friction, increase capacity, and strengthen enterprise

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering and change management
• 3+ years operating within a formal BPM framework
• 2+ years using process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Mural)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma to solve cross‑functional problems.
• Partner with ISTS leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute high‑impact improvement opportunities.
• Deliver measurable capacity and efficiency gains and reduce risk through standard measurement and reporting.
• Ensure improvements are sustainable, controlled, and embedded into day‑to‑day operations.
• Maintain an improvement backlog and prioritize initiatives with the greatest value potential.
• Create updated process maps, SOPs, KPIs, and governance artifacts.
