Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Manager - Process Engineering to lead cross‑functional process improvement initiatives across Information Security and Technology Solutions (ISTS). The role focuses on designing, standardizing, and governing ISTS processes using Lean Six Sigma and BPM to reduce friction and increase efficiency.

You will partner with technology leaders, process owners, and risk stakeholders to build measurable improvements, update SOPs and KPIs, and sustain gains through

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering and change management.
• 3+ years in formal BPM, including process inventory, documentation and governance.
• 2+ years using process-mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Mural).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (Yellow Belt preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma initiatives to solve cross‑functional problems.
• Partner with ISTS leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute high‑impact improvements.
• Deliver measurable capacity gains, expense reduction, and risk avoidance.
• Ensure improvements are sustainable, controlled, and embedded into day‑to‑day operations.
• Maintain an improvement backlog and prioritize initiatives with greatest value.
• Enforce a consistent engagement lifecycle, quality standards, and documentation.
• Ensure updated process maps, SOPs, KPIs, and governance artifacts.
• Create visual representations of current‑state processes to identify bottlenecks and risks.
• Design future‑state processes that streamline workflows and improve user experience.
• Implement improvements through technology enablement, automation, and workflows.
• Partner with IT, platform, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive change adoption and buy‑in.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation including flow diagrams and SOPs.
• Continuously evaluate and refine processes for agility and adaptability.
