Job summary

Chase is seeking a Process Improvement Associate II in Columbus to drive operational efficiency and risk reduction by developing and implementing continuous improvement programs. You will map, simplify, and document processes, reduce manual touchpoints, and leverage digital tools to deliver service-delivery enhancements.

You will apply advanced analytics to generate insights, craft compelling narratives for senior stakeholders, and mentor junior staff while leading cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Proven skills in developing and implementing process improvement or re-engineering programs with a 3+ year track record.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex operational issues plus client management and executive communication skills.
• Experience in data analytics and interpreting models to communicate data requirements.
• Experience in building diverse teams and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project team members to interview stakeholders, develop frameworks and insights to address key process improvements, organizational changes, and functional strategic development efforts.
• Present to senior executives and key stakeholders, emphasizing actionable insights rather than just analyses and respond to questions clearly while fostering trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Informally develop team members by mentoring and inspiring a culture of continuous learning; may include managing analysts and interns.
• Analyze and map key business processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement using advanced data analytics and statistical inference techniques.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, focusing on simplification, manual touch point reduction, and the application of digital process tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align process improvement initiatives with organizational goals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Utilize storytelling skills to communicate complex process improvement concepts and data to diverse audiences.
• Take ownership of tasks and manage most elements of an entire workstream.
