Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Performance Consulting group is seeking a Process Improvement Associate II to transform decision-making through data analysis and visualization in Columbus, OH. You will build interactive dashboards, manage data, and partner with senior leaders to deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing BI reports with Tableau, Power BI, Excel, automating workflows with Power Automate, and leading analytics workstreams to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, dashboards, BI, or automation.
• Proven ability to analyze complex operational issues with executive communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with client management.
• Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• BAU reporting experience and automation improvement focus.
• Commitment to continuous learning in data analytics and BI.
• Experience presenting to senior audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project teams to gather requirements and develop data-driven insights.
• Design, build, and optimize dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Excel.
• Utilize Alteryx and/or Power Automate to streamline data workflows and automate processes.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Craft visual narratives and presentations in PowerPoint for leadership.
• Lead analytics workstreams and influence data-driven decision making.
• Develop reporting solutions in SharePoint and Power Apps for accessibility.
• Collaborate across functions to align analytics with business strategy.
• Maintain standardized reporting templates and dashboards for consistency.
• Own BAU reporting processes and identify automation opportunities.
