Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking a Bioprocessing Sales Specialist to focus on Process Analytics in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. You will drive sales, build strategic plans, and expand relationships with biopharma, research institutions, and contract manufacturers.

You will collaborate with marketing, product development, customer service, field application specialists, and technical support to translate cutting-edge PAT technology into real-world manufacturing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Bioprocessing, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of sales experience in bioprocessing/biotech, focusing on Process Analytics and PAT.
• Deep knowledge of the bioprocessing and biotech industries, trends, challenges.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and strategic planning.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present technical information.
• Willingness to travel extensively in Mid-Atlantic region.
• Adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development for Process Analytics products within Northeast and Eastern Canada Territory. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, including biopharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and contract manufacturing organizations.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and monitor competitors.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, customer service, field application specialists, and technical support.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on advancements in analytical technologies and bioprocessing.
• Produce regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Maintain CRM data in Salesforce and use Tableau/PowerBI for reporting.
