Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality repairs across multiple trades in single-family rental homes. You will deliver outstanding resident service, complete ProCare visits, and use the maintenance mobile app to manage visits and schedules.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, 2+ years of residential maintenance experience, OSHA 10 certification (or within 90 days), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in residential repairs or related field.
• OSHA 10 required; 90 days to complete if not certified.
• EPA/CPO certifications are a plus.
• Comfort with mobile devices and field apps.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance across multiple trades in single-family homes.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents.
• Complete ProCare visits and maintenance checklists via mobile app.
• Educate residents on maintenance topics and home systems.
• Perform repairs in vacant properties during turns and market readiness.
