Responsibilities

• Support all SGA dental offices via remote support.
• Track issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in the ticketing system.
• Maintain inventory of technology assets including hardware, software, and licensing.
• Perform preventative maintenance on computing infrastructure and software.
• Review resources to identify solutions to complex issues.
• Escalate to senior IT personnel when needed.
• Install and upgrade software on end-user computers.
• Local travel and occasional overnight stays required.
