SGA Dental Partners is seeking a hybrid IT Support Technician to assist team members at our dental practices with IT hardware and software issues. The role involves troubleshooting, resolving issues remotely when possible, and working closely with other IT team members to develop long-term solutions.

The position requires strong communication skills, self-motivation to learn new technologies, and a minimum of 1 year of IT support experience. Benefits include health and vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in an IT support organization resolving root-cause issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective user support.
• Ability to handle interactions with diplomacy and tact.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote support to all SGA dental offices efficiently.
• Track all issues and solutions in the support ticketing system.
• Prioritize, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
