Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in an IT support organization resolving root-cause issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective user support.
• Ability to handle interactions with diplomacy and tact.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support to all SGA dental offices efficiently.
• Track all issues and solutions in the support ticketing system.
• Prioritize, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
