Job summary

SGA Dental Partners in Richmond Hill, GA seeks an IT Support Technician to assist team members across dental practices with IT hardware, software, and services. You will proactively identify issue trends and work with senior engineers to implement long-term solutions. Must be within a commutable distance to Richmond Hill, GA.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and ability to resolve issues on first contact. Travel will be required for onsite support and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in an IT support role.
• Experience with dental practice software is a huge plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support for dental practices via remote and desk-side assistance.
• Track issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Maintain inventory of technology assets and licenses.
• Assist with preventative maintenance of computing infrastructure.
• Support Windows, Office, and Active Directory environments.
• Assist with networked devices and peripherals.
