Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking an IT Support Technician to assist with IT hardware and software issues across its dental practices. This hybrid role requires troubleshooting skills and strong communication abilities, working closely with IT teams to enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of IT support experience, knowledge of dental software is a plus, and must be located within commuting distance of Grand Rapids, MI.
