Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable personal vehicle required.
• Comfortable with cats and dogs; no allergies.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily home resets; keep the home tidy and guest-ready.
• Coordinate vendors and oversee service providers; ensure work meets standards.
• Manage household routines, calendars, and errands; organize systems.
• Oversee pet care: feed, walks, litter boxes, supplies; overnight care when traveling.
• Handle inventory, subscriptions, and mail; run errands as needed.
• Support deep cleaning, laundry, and linen rotation as required.
• Schedule and track vehicle upkeep; manage registrations and insurance.
• Provide admin support: organize home office files and receipts; calendar coordination.
