Sage-Haus is seeking a dedicated Household Manager / Family Assistant in Menlo Park, CA. This part-time role (20 hours per week) offers a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends as needed.

Position focuses on organizing the home, managing errands, calendar coordination, vendor oversight, meal support, laundry, and family assistance. CPR/First Aid preferred; must love cats and be US-authorized to work.

Responsibilities

• Household Organization & Maintenance: Create and maintain organization systems and prep for cleaners.
• Inventory & Errands: Restock supplies, manage household orders and returns.
• Administrative & Personal Assistant Support: Calendar management and light admin duties.
• Vendor & Property Oversight: Coordinate with vendors, crews, and contractors.
• Meal Support: Plan and prepare kid-friendly meals and snacks; grocery shop.
• Laundry & Linens: Manage laundry and garment care.
• Family Support: Backup childcare and kid-related errands.
• Pet Care: Schedule vet visits and care for the family cat.
