Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a PRO Services team member in Fort Myers to nurture relationships with professional customers and grow their business. The role reports to the PRO Services Manager and collaborates with Installation Materials and Design Services to strengthen the PRO sales organization.

You will help PRO customers understand benefits, sign them up for rewards, and promote credit solutions while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class PRO customer experience.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, support and escalations.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs.
• Maintain knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on our selling process.
• Educate PRO customers about our PRO business and benefits.
• Offer and assist PROs to sign up for PRO Premier Rewards Program and PRO APP benefits.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions (Commercial Business Account/Pro Premier Credit Card).
• Coordinate PRO customer activities in-store and assist with store initiatives.
• Collaborate in all store initiatives and present program benefits effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service and be results oriented.
