Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a PRO Services associate to build relationships with professional customers and grow their business. The role reports to the PRO Services Manager and collaborates with Installation Materials and Design Services to expand the PRO sales organization.

The position emphasizes PRO program promotions, credit solutions, and delivering a world-class PRO customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the dominant language in the store area is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for PRO Customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, order follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on how to use our selling process.
• Educate PRO customers about benefits and participate in PRO programs (REWARDS, PRO APP) and credit options.
• Coordinate and assist PRO Customers in-store activities.
• Collaborate in all store initiatives and present benefits to PRO customers.
