Job summary

Floor & Decor seeks a PRO Services team member to build trusted relationships with PRO customers and grow their business through strong in-store service and product knowledge. The role reports to the PRO Services Manager and supports PRO priorities.

You will work to understand PRO market trends, partner with Installation Materials and Design Services, and help expand PRO participation while promoting PRO Credit Solutions and rewards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, or related.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class PRO customer experience.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, follow-up, and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on how to use our selling process.
• Understand our PRO business to educate PRO customers and grow participation.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and the PRO Premier Rewards Program.
• Coordinate and assist PRO Customers in-store activities.
• Collaborate in all store initiatives and present benefits.
