Job summary

Floor & Decor seeks a PRO Services-focused professional to build lasting relationships with professional customers in the hard surface flooring contractor space. You will report to the PRO Services Manager and help grow the PRO business by educating customers and expanding participation.

In-store support, collaboration with sales teams, and promoting PRO credit options are key duties; occasional travel to job sites is required to showcase Floor & Decor’s benefits and capabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, or installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; Salesforce/CRM experience a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant local language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to deliver a world-class PRO customer experience.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, and escalations.
• Identify PROs in-store and maintain product knowledge across Floor & Decor offerings.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and assist with PRO Premier Rewards.
• Travel to customer/PRO job sites with the Pro Services Manager as needed.
