Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a PRO Services Associate to build relationships with professional customers and support the PRO priorities. You will help grow the PRO sales segment by coordinating with installation, design services, and retail teams to deliver a world-class PRO experience.

The role emphasizes in-store support, product knowledge, and active participation in PRO programs and credit solutions to drive PRO engagement.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO customers.
Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, follow-up, customer support and escalations.
Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
Train and support the Store Team on how to use our selling process.
Educate PRO customers about our PRO business and grow participation.
Encourage PROs to sign up for PRO Premier Rewards Program and show PRO APP benefits.
Promote PRO Credit Solutions like Commercial Business Account and PRO Premier Credit Card.
Coordinate and assist PRO customers in-store activities.
Collaborate in all store initiatives and present program benefits.
