Job summary

Floor & Decor seeks a PRO Services professional to build trusted relationships with PRO customers and grow PRO business. You will partner with installation and design teams, advance training for store staff, and promote PRO credit and rewards programs to enhance PRO participation.

Expect in-store collaboration, strong customer service, and the ability to travel to customer sites as needed. This role emphasizes fast-paced execution and proactive PRO engagement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate degree a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service or installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant local language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to the highest levels to create a world class experience for our PRO Customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, order follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on how to use our selling process.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and PRO Premier Rewards.
