Job summary

Floor & Decor seeks a PRO Services Associate to build relationships with professional customers (PRO) and grow their business. The role reports to the PRO Services Manager and involves understanding PRO trends and collaborating with installation and design teams to expand the PRO customer base.

Responsibilities include supporting PROs in-store, educating customers on benefits, and promoting PRO credits while maintaining product knowledge and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associates degree a plus.
• 1 year in retail/wholesale contractor sales, service, supply or installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM is a plus; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products and offerings.
• Train and support the Store Team on our selling processes and PRO programs.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and sign up PROs for benefits and cards.
• Coordinate and assist with PRO customers in-store activities.
• Demonstrate effective program and benefit presentations.
