Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a PRO Services Specialist in McKinney, TX, to build relationships with PRO contractors and support their business growth. You will assist PROs in-store, manage orders, and promote PRO credits and rewards programs.

The role requires strong communication, retail/wholesale sales experience, and willingness to travel up to 20% to PRO sites as needed. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, order follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on the selling process.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and the PRO Premier Rewards Program.
• Coordinate PRO customer activities in-store and travel to PRO job sites as needed.
