Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a PRO Services-focused colleague in Dallas to build strong relationships with professional customers and grow their business. The role supports in-store PRO desks, manages orders, and promotes credit solutions and rewards programs.

Minimum eligibility includes a High School diploma and 1 year in relevant sales or install services, with bilingual ability as a plus. Base pay starts at $15 per hour with higher starts based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for our PRO Customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, support and escalations.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and PRO Premier Rewards Program.
