Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a PRO Services Sales Specialist to build relationships with PRO customers and grow their business. You will report to the PRO Services Manager and work to execute the PRO priorities while collaborating with installation, materials, and design services teams.

Ideal candidates have retail or contractor sales experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CRM systems; bilingual abilities are a plus. This is an in-store, hourly role with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the store-area language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to deliver a world-class PRO customer experience.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, manage orders, follow-up, support and escalations.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs in-store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on the selling process.
• Educate PRO customers about PRO Premier Rewards and PRO App benefits.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions such as Commercial Business Account or PRO Premier Credit Card.
• Travel to customer and PRO job sites with the Pro Services Manager when needed.
