Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a PRO Services Associate to build strong relationships with PRO customers and support in-store PRO priorities. You will work under the PRO Services Manager, help manage orders, provide exceptional customer service, and promote rewards and credit options to PRO clients.

Ideal candidates have retail or contractor sales experience, strong communication and CRM familiarity, and the ability to travel up to 20% for customer sites. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail/wholesale contractor sales, service, supply or installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant local language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in the store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on the selling process.
• Educate PRO customers about our PRO business and opportunities.
• Promote and assist PROs to sign up for PRO Premier Rewards and PRO APP.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions such as Commercial Business Account or PRO Premier Credit Card.
• Coordinate PRO customer activities in-store; assist with store initiatives.
• Deliver effective program and benefit presentations; showcase value.
• Provide excellent customer service and stay results oriented.
• Interact across cultures with strong interpersonal skills.
• Multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Occasionally travel to customer/PRO job sites with the Pro Services Manager.
• Perform other duties as needed to achieve business objectives.
