Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a PRO Sales Associate to build relationships with professional contractors and support PRO priorities in-store. You will help grow the PRO business by understanding market trends, collaborating with departments, and promoting the PRO Premier Credit Card and rewards program.

The role requires strong communication skills, 1 year in contractor sales, and the ability to travel up to 20% for customer sites as needed. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class PRO customer experience.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, follow-ups, and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in the store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on our selling process.
• Educate PRO customers about our PRO business and sign them up for rewards.
