Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a PRO Services support associate to build relationships with our PRO customers and help grow their business. The role reports to the PRO Services Manager and requires strong communication and retail experience.

You will assist in-store PRO activities, train staff on selling processes, and promote PRO credit solutions and rewards programs while traveling to PRO sites as needed. This hourly position may require up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required or a higher degree is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant language in the store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, support and escalations.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs in-store.
• Maintain knowledge about Floor & Decor products and selling process.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and PRO Premier Rewards Program.
