Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Pro Services associate to build relationships with PRO customers and grow their business. You will support in-store PRO activities, manage calls and orders, and promote the PRO Premier Rewards Program while collaborating with store teams.

The role requires strong customer service, effective communication, and the ability to travel up to 20% as needed. Prior Salesforce experience is a plus and bilingual ability is helpful.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or other dominant store-area language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world‑class experience for PRO customers.
• Support PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, and escalations.
• Collaborate with store team to identify PROs in-store.
• Maintain knowledge about Floor & Decor products and selling process.
