Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Plano, TX is seeking a PRO Services Associate to build relationships with professional clients (PRO) and support PRO priorities in-store, including calls, orders, and escalations. You will work with sales teams and materials/design services to expand PRO participation.

The role emphasizes knowledge of Floor & Decor products, customer service excellence, and promoting PRO programs such as rewards and credit solutions, with occasional travel to PRO job sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent. Associate Degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO Customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, order follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on how to use our selling process.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and sign up PROs for the PRO Premier Rewards Program.
• Coordinate and assist with PRO Customers in-store activities.
• Travel to customer and PRO job sites with the Pro Services Manager when needed.
