Job summary

Floor & Decor in Denton, TX is seeking a PRO Services Specialist to build strong relationships with PRO customers and support in-store operations. The role reports to the PRO Services Manager and focuses on growing the PRO business through customer service and collaborative selling.

You will help identify PROs in-store, train staff on selling processes, and explain PRO benefits and credit options. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; travel is limited to store area as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO Customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, order follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on how to use our selling process.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and the PRO Premier Rewards Program.
