Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Concord, NC is seeking a PRO Services Associate to build relationships with professional customers (PRO) and grow their business.

You will report to the PRO Services Manager and support PRO priorities in-store. Responsibilities include executing the PRO Services Blueprint, handling calls, managing orders, assisting PROs with enrollment in rewards and credit programs, and collaborating with store teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate Degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class PRO customer experience.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, orders, follow-up, and escalations.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs in the store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train the Store Team on selling processes and PRO programs.
• Educate PRO customers on PRO Premier Rewards and PRO Credit Card.
