Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a PRO Services Associate to build relationships with PRO customers and help grow their business. You will report to the PRO Services Manager and support PRO priorities across store operations, product knowledge, and sign-up for PRO programs.

Responsibilities include assisting PROs in-store, processing orders, promoting PRO Premier Rewards, and educating customers about PRO Credit Solutions while traveling to PRO sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to deliver a world class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, orders, follow-up, and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in-store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and PRO Premier Rewards.
• Assist PROs with signing up for the PRO Premier Rewards Program and PRO APP.
