Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Mooresville, NC is seeking a PRO Sales Associate to build relationships with professional contractors and support their business growth. You will assist PRO customers in-store, manage orders, and explain PRO rewards and financing options.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant store-area language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on our selling process.
• Educate PRO customers about PRO Premier Rewards Program and benefits.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and coordinate PRO customers' activities.
• Travel to customer and PRO job sites with the Pro Services Manager when needed.
