Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a PRO Services associate to build relationships with professional customers and grow their business in-store and on-site.

You will execute our PRO Services Blueprint, support PROs at the desk, manage orders, and collaborate with the store team to identify PRO customers. The role offers growth opportunities, bilingual preferences, and experience with Salesforce CRM in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish or the dominant language in the store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, manage orders, order follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of Floor & Decor products and train staff on our selling process.
• Promote PRO Premier Rewards Program and PRO Credit Solutions to PRO customers.
