Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a PRO Services Associate in Kendall, FL to cultivate relationships with professional contractors and grow PRO sales.

The role is hourly and may require travel up to 20%, reporting to the PRO Services Manager, with a focus on executing the PRO Services Blueprint and delivering a world-class experience. Qualifications include a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), 1 year in contractor sales or related field, strong communication skills, and CRM

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to deliver a world-class PRO customer experience.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, manage orders, order follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on how to use our selling process.
• Understand our PRO business to educate PRO customers and expand their participation.
• Promote PRO Premier Rewards Program and PRO APP benefits.
• Coordinate and assist with PRO Customers in-store activities.
