Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a PRO Services Specialist in Lakeland, FL to build relationships with PRO customers and support store sales initiatives. The role focuses on understanding PRO market trends and collaborating across departments to grow the PRO business.

The position requires a high school diploma (associate degree a plus) and 1 year in contractor sales or related field, with strong communication skills and Salesforce experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the store-area language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class PRO customer experience.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, manage orders, follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on selling processes.
• Explain PRO benefits and help PROs sign up for PRO Premier Rewards or PRO Credit.
