Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a PRO Services associate to build relationships with professional customers in the hard surface flooring contractor space. You will support PRO priorities and help grow the PRO business in-store.

Reporting to the PRO Services Manager, you will assist with PRO desk activities, product knowledge, and signups for programs like PRO Premier Rewards and PRO Premier Credit Card. Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate Degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to deliver a world-class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on our selling process.
• Educate PRO customers about our PRO business and benefits.
