Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a PRO Services associate to build relationships with professional customers in the flooring contractor space. You will support PROs in-store, manage orders, and promote credit solutions and rewards programs to grow their participation.

The role emphasizes collaboration with store teams, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while traveling to PRO job sites when needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent. An Associate Degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant language in the store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO Customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on using the selling process.
• Educate PRO customers about the PRO business and grow their participation.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and the PRO Premier Rewards Program.
• Assist PRO customers in-store activities and travel to customer sites when needed.
