Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a PRO Services Associate to build relationships with professional customers in our store and support the PRO desk. You will manage calls, orders, follow-ups and escalations while collaborating with the Store Team to identify PROs and promote PRO benefits.

The role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of Floor & Decor products, and willingness to travel up to 20% to customer and PRO sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO Customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, order follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on how to use our selling process.
• Educate PRO customers about PRO benefits and encourage sign-ups for PRO Premier Rewards and PRO Credit Solutions.
