Job summary

Floor & Decor in Des Moines, IA is seeking a PRO Services role focused on building trust with professional customers and growing their business. You will support PRO desk activities, manage orders, and promote rewards and credit programs while collaborating with store teams and specialists.

The position emphasizes excellent customer service, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to travel to PRO sites as needed. Experience in retail/contractor sales and Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales/service.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or local store-area language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to deliver a world-class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, and escalations.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs and expand PRO participation.
• Promote PRO credit solutions and Rewards programs.
• Travel to customer/PRO job sites with the Pro Services Manager as needed.
