Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a PRO Services associate to build relationships with PRO customers and grow their business in-store. You will support PRO activities, manage calls and orders, and collaborate with teams to sign up customers for PRO programs.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with travel up to 20% for customer/job-site visits when needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1 year in retail/wholesale contractor sales, service, supply or installation preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant store-area language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to deliver a world-class PRO customer experience.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, support and escalations.
• Collaborate with store team to identify PRO customers onboarded in-store.
• Maintain knowledge of Floor & Decor products and selling processes.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and PRO Premier Rewards Program; assist sign-ups.
