Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a PRO Services associate to build relationships with professional customers and promote our PRO priorities. You will support the PRO desk in-store, manage orders, answer questions, and coordinate PRO activities to drive loyalty and sales.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, product knowledge, and collaboration with store teams. Travel is possible up to 20% as needed, and the position is hourly with a focus on PRO customer success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the dominant store-area language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, order follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on the selling process.
• Educate PRO customers about our PRO business and expand their participation.
• Promote credits and rewards programs; assist PROs to sign up for PRO Premier Rewards Program.
• Coordinate and assist with PRO Customers in-store activities.
• Collaborate in all store initiatives and present benefits.
