Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a PRO Services associate to build relationships with professional customers, manage orders, and support PRO initiatives in-store. The role focuses on growing the PRO customer base and coordinating with Installation Materials and Design Services teams.

The ideal candidate has retail or contractor sales experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel up to 20% as needed. Bilingual skills and CRM familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply, or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant local language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for PRO customers.
• Support PRO desk in-store: calls, order management, follow-up, and escalations.
• Collaborate with store team to identify PROs and promote programs.
• Maintain product knowledge and train staff on selling processes.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and PRO Premier Rewards Program.
