Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a PRO Services oriented professional to build relationships with PRO customers and help grow their business. This role reports to the PRO Services Manager and supports PRO initiatives across store operations.

Responsibilities include executing the PRO services blueprint, assisting with orders and escalations, and educating customers on PRO programs and rewards. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; Salesforce/CRM experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or store-area language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, follow-up, and escalations.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs and promote PRO credit programs.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge and train the team on selling processes.
• Travel to customer sites with the PRO Services Manager as needed.
