Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a PRO Services Sales Associate to build relationships with PRO customers in Maple Grove and grow their business. You will support the PRO desk in-store, manage orders, and educate customers on Floor & Decor programs and credit options.

We seek a candidate with a HS diploma, 1 year in retail or contractor sales, strong communication skills, and Salesforce experience. Bilingual in Spanish or the local store language is a plus; occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant language in store area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in the store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on our selling process.
• Educate PRO customers about the PRO Premier Rewards Program and PRO Credit Solutions.
