Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in contractor sales, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CRM systems. Experience with Salesforce and bilingual abilities are a plus in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service focus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or local store language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for PRO customers.
• Support PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-ups, and escalations.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs in-store.
• Maintain knowledge of Floor & Decor products and selling process.
• Educate PRO customers about benefits and signup for PRO Premier Rewards.
