Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a PRO Services associate to build relationships with PRO customers and support in-store operations. You will help grow the PRO business by managing orders, handling inquiries, and promoting PRO programs.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, bilingual communication as a plus, and collaboration with multiple store teams to deliver a world-class PRO experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant language in store area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support PRO desk in-store: calls, order management, follow-up, and escalations.
• Assist PRO customers and identify PROs in-store.
• Train store team on selling process and PRO benefits.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and PRO Premier Rewards Program.
• Collaborate on store initiatives and maintain product knowledge.
