Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a PRO Services Specialist to build relationships with professional customers and grow their business. The role reports to the PRO Services Manager and collaborates with Installation Materials and Design Services to strengthen the PRO sales organization.

Key duties include supporting the PRO desk, identifying PROs in-store, and promoting benefits like the PRO Premier Rewards Program and PRO Credit Solutions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate Degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the dominant language in the store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO Customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, order follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on our selling process.
• Understand our PRO business to educate PRO customers and expand participation.
• Offer and assist PROs to sign up for the PRO Premier Rewards Program and demonstrate PRO APP benefits.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions to PROs.
• Coordinate and assist with PRO Customers in-store activities.
• Collaborate in all store initiatives.
• Present programs and benefits effectively.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and results orientation.
• Interact across diverse cultures and teams.
• May travel to PRO job sites with the Pro Services Manager.
